Refreshed Guidelines for School-Home Partnership
As part of efforts to strengthen collaboration between parents and teachers, the Ministry of Education (MOE) has released refreshed Guidelines for School-Home Partnership (GSHP). These guidelines were shared by Minister for Education Chan Chun Sing at the Schools Work Plan Seminar on 18 September 2024.
The refreshed guidelines focus on three key areas to help us raise a happy, confident, and kind generation together.

Open and Respectful Communication
We encourage open and respectful dialogue to support your child's wellbeing and learning. By showing mutual courtesy and respect, we set a positive example for our children.
A note on respect:
The school values our staff and will take firm action to protect them against unreasonable behaviour, harassment, or abuse. We will disengage from any communication that is rude, disrespectful, or abusive towards our teachers and staff. Let us model the kindness we wish to see in our children.

Reaching Out to Our Teachers
We know that sometimes you need to connect with your child's teachers. Here's how to do it smoothly:
When to Contact
School hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (during term time)
Teachers are not expected to respond to queries outside these hours, on weekends, or during school holidays.
What to Expect
Our teachers are dedicated professionals who are often in class or conducting lessons. If you don't reach them immediately, please leave a message — they will get back to you.
Estimated response times (in line with Civil Service standards):
